Delicious food and very friendly owners!

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was very cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is quite small and simple. The bed and pillows are very soft, the bed linen is super uncomfortable, it was even difficult to sleep because the duvet was itching all the time and the sheet had a stain.

Very nice, family-run house. Here you can feel completely at ease. All wishes are fulfilled. Beautiful, tasteful rooms, modern and yet true to the style of the old house. Despite the very central location, very quiet at night. Delicious snacks with good wines and other delicacies. A great breakfast where nothing is left to be desired. The bicycle cellar is practical.

Absolute hit! In the middle of the center and yet you could hear a pin drop in the evening. The rooms very clean. The staff left nothing to be desired, even breakfast before the actual times was not a problem. We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back!

We were10 people hiking om moselsteig. We stayed for to nights at gasthaus Huwer in Bernkastel. They helped us with restaurants, taxi, lunchpackets for the trail and served a very good breakfast. Good location in Bernkastel.

Nice accommodation with special rooms and river name. Breakfast is excellent and very balanced with fresh bread, eggs, meat, etc. I can only recommend. I booked 2 days and then I was 5 days in the friendly managed inn. I will highly recommend and look forward to the next visit in the beautiful place ?????

The Gasthaus Huwer is characterized by its very nice and child-friendly staff. The restaurant is right in the pedestrian zone. Outside you can sit wonderfully and just enjoy a glass of wine. If you decide to eat something, you have come to the right place. Very good quality food. Big portions of french fries for the little ones .. ;-) Everyone had a different dish and everyone was very happy. Can only be recommended. We'd love to come back again.

Super location in the beautiful Bernkastel-Keus. We have been received very nicely here and they do everything to make the guests feel at home. Here they clearly have the hospitality at number 1. Our bedroom was on the street side but we have not experienced this as annoying. The room was clean and tidy, the pillows were on the soft side for us. The breakfast was also good and tasty Indeed it was a short walk to get rid of the car. But you can park it for free and you will receive a key from the hotel so that you are always assured of a place. Please indicate when booking.

Good lunch restaurant with good baked potatoes and pasta. Nice outdoor seating along one of the narrow streets of the city. Good to pay by card.

Nice small, reasonably priced hotel with bicycle cellar and own parking lot (500 m). Clean rooms and rich breakfast. Very nice and helpful hostess. By arrangement, you can leave on the day of arrival in the morning car and stress-free to make the first bike ride on the beautiful Moselle bike path. Gladly again

A jewel in the village

With its excellent price / quality ratio and located in the center of Bernkastel, Gasthaus Huwer is the place to be for a stay there. Also the restaurant with an excellent menu and excellent wine list is a must. An ideal place to stay and return.
